Intersection of Multiple Surfaces

I am trying to create planar panels on a surface by populating points on the surface and the creating polygons tangentially to the surface at those points. The inclusive intersection of these polygons will give the final panels. I am having trouble in finding the intersections of the polygons because they are in the same list. Any help will be appreciated dearly!
