algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Interpolated curve / circle rotation question!!

Hello guys,

First time posting! i know i would get help here better then professors' feedback .

I'm trying to create a cylinder controllable surface. Using the circles inside as a sizing parameters and interpolated curves around them for a looser curvature. Then i would just loft the InterCrv to create a surface.

Please help me, i would appreciate it very much
