Its hard to be certain with the quality of the photo but I think you need to update your Microsoft Runtimes Download this file

check if your windows is 32bit or 64bit, and install the runtime as Danny suggested.

it doesn't matter if your windows is 64-bit as grasshopper is 32 bit complied and there for _x86

You can copy your screen content with the "Print" (Druck/S-Abf) key. Then paste this in Paint and save.
