Index was outside the bounds of the Array

Hi,

Could you help me, please, when I importing the image to the grasshopper and then trying to connect with point one one side and circle on other side, to use the image as a pattern for my surface it shows me an error : Index was outside the bounds of the Array,

could you, help me, please, what should I change in this case and what's wrong there?

add this image to the image sample and check out the setting ,,,
