Inconsistent behaviour fillet curve

Hi david, attached is another small bug for the curve fillet component (the one used in the workaround above). which seems to occur when a line segment exists with the same length as the fillet radius. While I think that this example should not exist, the exception is not being caught.

The error thrown is a nasty NullException, which also quite harsly prevents the component to process any other data. If there are e.g. 99 branches, and the faulty data is in the 4th, there will only be output untill the 3rd branch.
