Importing STL files directly into Grasshopper

Hi,

I have been able to directly import 3dm files from a specific folder into Grasshopper. Is there any way to directly import STL Files?

It would seem obvious to open the STL files and save them as Rhino files first, but I wanted to eliminate this step for the client.

I'm answering this twice today :-).

However, that's not a mesh input, just the raw file that will require a script to parse it and create the mesh, which may be a bit slow. I may do that in Python if I have time.
