Importing Millipede plug-in

Hello everyone.

I'm having issues when loading the .gha of the Millipede plugin file into Rhino.

I downloaded it from http://www.sawapan.eu/.

(I just drag the the .gha and .dll files into Grasshopper right?)

Rhino says this:
