Import 3DM - filter by layer not working?

How do I specify sub-layers with the layer name filter?  When I look up the properties of an object, the name of its parent layer has a :: in front of if. Example 

Layer name:House::Door 

But when I use " House::Door ", the filter does not work.

Hi Nathan.
Just use the name of your sublayer: "Door".
