Image sampling - video

hi,

 

we would to sample an image an use the output to drive some geometry - easy.

Now, does anyone know of a way to using a video as input source - i.e. sample a frame every x seconds? or a sequence of files and tell the sampler to re-load a different file every x-seconds?
