Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody,

I need help. I'm still a beginner in Rhino. I need to transform this JPG into circles (to be exported in CAD for laser cutting)

The circles have to be between 6mm and 25mm in diameter in a grid with a minimum distance of 32mm c/c. So, for example, if you have 2 circles of 25mm, there will be a 7mm gap between the two. Any circle under or above these dimensions have to be culled.

I've tried many things but I always fall short of the expected result.

Thanks in advance!

Will

Hi.

Take a look at the attachment.

Hi! thank you so much for the quick work! It looks great. Can you make it so that if some circles would be smaller than 6mm, they would not appear? That way, the motif would look more varied.

Lastly, the grid has to be 1700mm X 830mm, can you arrange the grid so that it covers that area?

Thank you again
