algorithmic modeling for Rhino

im lost

hello! I need to be able to get something like this picture, being able to move both ground hiles in both ways, and being able to add as much hiles así I need keeping it growing and going higher. I also need to be able to control the move on Z being able to make it higher or lower. any clue? thanks
