I could not make brep for topo surface in CONFIGURBANIST

I am trying to make urban design analysis in Grasshopper-Confıgurbanıs and I didn't make.

So first time I did  everything for stages after I watched video for cheetah and probably I have some trouble when I am doing topo surface and I can't brep mesh and brep on the topo layer in rhino. Could you please someone comeback for this matter to me :)
