I can totally foget all the vbscripting I learned yesterday, how can I do ?

I find out that both the rhino scripting and the grasshopper vb scripting are too hard for me. I learned them as a language, so I try to repeat them and repeat them and recite them, and understant the difference between the English language and vb language.

but usually , I foget all of them after a sleeping.

what can I do ? do I need to repeat them more?
