Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am having difficulty running grasshopper..

I don't understand why grasshopper wont run. Does grasshopper need a specific Windows Service to run? ( I have disabled several).

I am running Windows 7 x64 bit, Rhino 4 x86 SR9

Attached is the error it's giving me.
