How to split rows on V direction without bunching up circles, and how to split on U direction at all.

hi All,

I want to have a slider that splits rows or U, or rows of V to treat them differently.

Questions:

1.  When I use the split command I get this weird bunching up on the last row of my A group. How can avoid this?

2. This split work only on U direction. How can I swap it so it works on U direction?

Thanks!

1. You are giving more normals than center points to the circle component. That's why you have a bunch of overlap circles in the last row (search longest list rules - http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/controlling-longest-list-...). To fix it, split the normal's list also.

2.Flip matrix component

Hi Michael, that makes perfect sense. Thanks so much!

Now off to my last riddle before getting to do real modeling with these. I'm posting a separate topic.
