How to split a segment randomly into two parts ?

I am facing a few challenges to achieve what I want.

See picture attached.

I have a curve which I split into segments (A) of the same length.

I have an offset of that curve which I also split into segments (B) of the same length.

Now I want to split each B segment randomly into two parts so I can connect each random points to the ends of my segments A to create a polyline.

I don`t know how to split randomly a segment into two parts...
