How to sort points in python?

Hello,

I came across a problem when sorting points. The yellow polyline is what I want. But when I used radial sorting method, I found the disorder of bulge section (green lines). No matter where the center point is, this problem can not be solved. Do you have any suggestions? Or other methods to organize points to obtain the correct polyline?
