How to Solve"A strongly-named assembly is required." when I install gha plugin

Hi, my friends.

I am trying to installed some grasshopper plugin files , I have copied the gha files into component folder, but they tools do not appear in tab.

I also tried to drag the gha files to grasshopper window. I got error in rhino command window saying :

An error occured during GHA assembly loading:
Path: C:\Users\shua\AppData\Roaming\Grasshopper\Libraries\130111_KPF_Plug_in_01.gha
Exception System.IO.FileLoadException:
Message: A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)

when i insall other plugin , same error appears:

Exception System.IO.FileLoadException:
Message: A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)

what should i do to fix this errow?
