how to send a PM to a member who isn't in your friend list?

Hi there!

i have this question that how can we send a PM to a member who isn't in our friend list?

couldn't find how to do it so, had to start a new post. sorry if it has already been answered.

You just need to request a friendship but there is a message area when doing so. That way you can start the conversation before hand.
