algorithmic modeling for Rhino

how to select cross lines

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could help me with this vital question for me. As attached image shows, I want to choose the all closed polylines (green) which cross the interpolate curve (red) and are inside of interpolate curve (red). the polylines which are green should be choose by grasshopper. How is it possible?
