How to rotate a geometry ?

Hello,

The rhino file is what I want to achieve and the GH file is where I am now, I tried 2 hours really don't know how to only rotate some of my geometries, can you guys help me take a look of my file ? thank you!

Rotate a geometry?  I'm not even going to look at your files for that.  Can you make this question more interesting visually?  Or is it as simple as this?

Thank you for your reply, the question is mainly about how to select some of the geometry in my file and rotate only those geometry

A screen shot alone is rarely enough to bother with a reply.

Uh... connect only that geometry you want to rotate to the 'Rotate" component?

Sorry, your point is not obvious to me from this graphic.
