How to retrieve data lost after "ShiftPath" ?

Hi.

Because you used "Shift Path" after clean tree, so  the last branch numbers can not but disappear.

Do not use "Shift Path" from the beginning, or there is this way too.

If I hadn't used "Shift Path," I don't see how I could have made pairs of curves and then dispatch them in two lists depending on their X coordinate.

It seems that all the components that you added are needed to achieve the goal of retrieving the initial data after the dispatching.

I hold that this is a weekness in GH1 and that it should be adressed in GH2 : one should be able to "attach" information to objects of a list without resorting to branching, thus requiring no contorsions such as in this example.

...and at last I understand what the "Item Index" can be good for, apart from getting people confused.
