How to repeat certain items in a list with certain times

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to merge two different lists, the ones on the left. The upper left one is being inserted into the bottom left one. However, since they have different amount of items, the last item gets repeated while merging.

What I want to achieve is to multiply the first item with the number that shows in the param viewer. So, the 1st item is repeated 4 times, the 2nd 5 times and so on...

I have thought about repeat component, duplicate data component but couldn't came up with a solution.
