How to move the point not in the brep

Now i have a gh ,a big box will move along a curve,where the box in will generate some small cubes,I use the " point in brep"to acheive the result.But actually ,i want to make a gh that could could move the points which are not inside the big box in front of the big box.

the following picuture could show what i want to do actually.

There are a certain number of  points in a curve.A big box go through this curve and it always moves in one direction.when the box is moving,there are some points will behind the box,i need to move these points in front of the box.Therefore, no matter how long time the box moves,there are still a certain amount of points inside the box.

I just want to get some hint!!!!You don't need to give me a completed gh.If you have ,of course it is the best way to help me.
