how to make several square with several points

I wanna make several squares with a specific centres point for every square, how can I do it?!

At first, I import my .dwg file in Rhino, after that, I use "geo" to select items.

after that found the centre of each item, now I wanna make several squares which are drawn by the centre of past item, and the total area of these new squares must be about 3056m2.

Easy way to do this would be -
Surface|Primitive|Center box

Put the Z value 0
