How to make orthogonal grid of individual segments out of vertical and horizontal lines?

Hi there,

I'm quite new to Grasshopper and I'm currently trying to generate a grid of "beams" from a series of horizontal and vertical lines.

Basically, I'm starting with 5 horizontal lines and 7 vertical lines. These intersect at 31 nodes where columns would be located.

Problem: I want to have individual segments inbetween the nodes.
These would act as beams which I could then individually select with a "listitem" component.

I've played around with the "shatter" component but get the desired result...

Does anyone here have any suggestions as to how I could go about this? :)

Many, many thanks in advance to anyone who has any tips,

ps: I have attached an image of the "grid" to this post
