How to make a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base

Hi All, 

I'm new to grasshopper and I'm trying to make a solid truncated pyramid using grasshopper. I know I can make one with a square base but I can't figure out how to make it a with a rectangular one. 

The base is 2m x 4m. And the top is 2.4m x 1.2m. The height is 4m.

THis is one way if u r not much bothered about the top.

but if u do , place both geometries with common centres move the middle one and loft.
