how to know reffered gene

hi there

I am new in using octopus and have a simple question.

I run a simulation and have red box meshes in diagram here is my question

how should I know that what was the genes of a mesh

 the picture i send is options which show when I left click in a mesh on diagram that  is different from pictures i have seen from old versions which have options " show gene"
