How to Input Text From Rhino to Grasshopper

Hi there,

I was thinking to create a small definition that Create points at the text Base Point, and the height of that point is related to the text input, to create the topography of the site.

but when i started i couldn't find a way to read the text from rhino into Grasshopper!! 

is there a way to do that ?? and if you know a better(smarter) way to create the topography(contour Line) share it with us,
