how to get output rendering that match with mesh panel

it is simple.... first get a render of the view.... and after that change your display mode to PEN and generate a pdf of the same view ....now you have got 2 images ... a rendered image and a pdf.. 

in the photoshop overlap these 2 images and you get the relevant result

yah i think so, but i'm too weak on postproduction..hehehe...
what about if i wanna that images seems tobe like this?

another method is ..... scale every panel by .99... so there will  be gap b/w every panel....and thn in rendering u can get the lines...
