How to get a Voronoi Exoskeleton as facade for this structure?

Hello All, I was testing out and playing with contours and decided to make a small tower with a voronoi exoskeleton facade covering the tower. Please do let me know how to do it.:). Thanks. Very eager to learn this especially.:)

This is one available method of getting exo-skeleton using mesh. You'll need "Meshedit" & "Weaverbird" plug-ins.
