How to generate Voronoi around a freeform BREP?

Hi All, how do i generate a voronoi mesh from a freeform brep ( file attached ) ?? 

I am looking for something like this for the attached file:

populate points on surface not on brep.

then interesect voronoi cells with brep not surface.

then do the same with offset voronoi cells, repeat and create the frame
