The reason your Circle 3Pt is throwing errors is because you provide identical points for A, B and C. You cannot make a circle through 3 identical points, because there are infinitely many circles that would satisfy this condition. You'll have to change the indices to all be different. You can either use different values for the [i] input of the [List Item] components, or you can zoom on the [List Item] and add more outputs:

Once this works, the other errors go away as well.
