how to do ? surfacedivision through % proportioning

hi 

I would like to have the different possibilties  how an area could be divided.....
for example one is 20%, one 40%  and the last is ....
any ideas...?  i am just a grasshopper beginner ( few weeks ago), but
 would be really greatful for any help  ||   hope you can follow my thoughts...
