algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How to decompose a 3D geometry(from rhino) into voxels via Grasshopper?

Hi there,

I am totally noob and trying to find out the logic of Rhino/Grasshopper for last few days.

I searched the forum and checked upon the tutorial videos but i couldt find what i'm looking for.

I want to create a simple 3D shape in Rhino(like a box) and decompose the shape into voxels via Grasshopper. But i couldnt find out how to select a 3D geometry- from rhino directly- and use in Grasshopper. I tried some parametric buttons but they dont give me a meaningful output.

Can someone share some article or tutorial video about this topic.

Thank you in anyway.

Thank you very much. I am going to study it.

Have some fun with this as well

For the test cases load R file first (data NOT internalized since GH fails frequently to do it).

Requires MeshMachine (+ Plankton Mesh) for the fast option (see Warning)

Have look at Andy Payne's Monolith for GH
