Oops! this is (a) very easy ... BUT ... (b) takes a week (and a half) to finish (extrude both sides at once [as solid] the BrepFace derived from mapping your drilled brep into some surface).

I'll try the opposite (instead of extruding the BrepFace => map the holes and perforate the OEM brep) but don't expect real-time response (at best: about half a week).

Complex explanations (and the def) soon.

I think that Ctrl-Alt-Defeat is not that bad: Rhino is incredibly slow (even with an E5 Xeon 1630 v3 around) when attempting to "thicken" the mapped "drilled" BrepFace.

Hurts to admit it (I hate meshes) ... but the only realistic solution is er ... hmm ... using meshes.

Moral: How had the mighty fallen.

more tomorrow.

OK thanks for helping me in this issue

But on the other hand > I hate meshes > more brainwash > solved (using some freaky approach) >  fast as my Ducati 1299 > only 4567 milliseconds > As nurbs solid of course (closed Brep) > I hate meshes > thanks but no thanks.

Shown a "partial" map (using a "sub domain" as target, that is) => LOL or what?

And as full map:

The def tomorrow.

Moral: from Zero to Hero.

Hi Peter,
Can u attach the .gh file of it so I can also do some research on it if I found any result I will let u know can u pleasee

OK ... but I do hope that you can handle this (still a bit tricky and NOT real-time by any means). This type of stuff has no meaning to attempt // processing, mind.

Although the test surface is internalized ... load R file anyway.

If messy things happen (Rhino fails to internalize things rather frequently) reference again the test surface to the surfTo input.

best

What an idiot (yours truly) - I wonder if there's any limit on stupidity.

Please recycle the crap V1A and use ... er ... hmm ... this crap.

This is a definition using mesh. You'll need weaverbird & kangaroo+Meshedit plug-in imstalled.

Out of curiosity: why are you using the mesh approach? (the nurbs one provided doesn't work for you?)

Hi.

Without meshmachine... Check attached.

How about this one? Still not working?
