How to create a data tree joining similar values of a flatten list?

Dear users,

my goal is to create a data tree from a set of similar closed polylines, when paths of the tree are generated starting from area values.

I.E. 

I have a flatten structure of 9 closed crv;

3 of them have an area of 3 m^2

3 of them have an area of 6 m^2

3 of them have an area of 9 m^2

can I create a data tree with 3 branches sorted by area?
