how to combine sweep connections into one?

Hi guys,

I have a question about how I can fix my grasshopper script so that the end points of the square tube can become one? Right now, I have assign rectangles from a set of curves and use sweep to create square tubes but I am having trouble with the ends of the curve as they are really messy. My goal is to have these tubes join into one at the end.

Any help would be much appreciated! and Thank you in advance!!
