How to classify divided data into each item?

for example, I have 4 items to put true or false 6 times.

then move slider 0 to 1 I can choose true or false again for item Number 1

true or false is stored in each item so when I change slider, toggle component change corresponded one to each item automatically. 

I guess this result would be something like this

is it possible? if so, please tell me!!!! thanks a million in advance!!!!!!!!

Actually it is not what I want to do...
I was wondering if there is a component which effect former component or not.

take my pictures for example, if I move the slider, toggle component automatically change to what I put on each sliders.
