How to change the direction that the Polyline component connects points?

I made a point of grids with attractor points that alter the grids points position. I connected a polyline component to the output and it draws polylines in the X direction. How can I make a serperate polyline component draw polylines in the Y direction?

If you use the Flip Matrix component on your point data, it will turn all rows into columns and all columns into rows. Then you can use a second Polyline component to connect the flipped grid.
