algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I am trying to animate a script which has a ~30 sec. solution time.

In order to do this I am using a timer and taking a screenshot for each frame with the Heteroptera capture component.

I need this capture to be done AFTER the whole solution is run and BEFORE the timer gives the input for the next frame to begin.

Does anybody know how to make this happen?

How it should look:

What is automatically generated:

(the geometry in the back is missing, I think because the capture happens before the solution is finished)

I just spent 5 hours trying to do something that can be done by rightclicking the slider and pressing 'animate'..

Alright..

Via file toolbar:

Edit > Arrange,

try putting all comp.s except the capture with Edit > Arrange > "Put to back",

and for the capture comp. as Edit > Arrange > "Bring to Front".

Maybe works...

Thank you for the reply. This is David Rutten's post about the handling order for anyone wondering:

I didn't know about the animate slider function and it looks like it screenshots correctly, after the solution, so I'm going to use that instead of the capture component now.
