Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I've made a circle in grasshopper and am looking to bend up two of its quadrants opposite the other. I've attached an image to help show what I mean.

How do I do this using a grasshopper function?

Several possible ways to do so:

a) use a box morph to transform the circle from its bounding box (make sure it's not a flat box but has some height) to a twisted box

b) extract the circles control points and move them according to your bending scheme. create a new cirlce from the modified control points

c) create a surface according to your bend. map or project the curve to this surface.

d)... many more
