How to automate multiple optimizations in a script?

Hi everybody,

I need to have multiple optimizations in my script, and it needs to be automated in a procedure. Since Octopus has an editor and needs to be run manually, so far I haven't found any way to do that.

I would appreciate it if somebody could give me some clues that how I can run Octopus without using its editor or any other way to be able to have some multiple optimizations in an automated procedure.
