Drag connections from all Pt outputs into the V input. You'll have to hold SHIFT if you want to plug more than one wire into an input.

Also Merge component allows more control on your inputs order.

edit : note that you can also enter all your params slider in only one point component with the shift and drag solution to have a shorter definition...
