Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi

I am wondering if there is a way to individually select points to delete.

I have deconstructed the brep then plugged the vertices into a cull index, but there is so many points to type them all out in a panel, what is the best way to remove all the outside ones at once?

Is there a better way to delete parts of a project that you no longer need without Baking and then setting the surface again?

Thank you

Which of those points exactly do you want to delete? Can you point them out in the image?

As long as there is some logic to decide which to delete, you can likely cull them in grasshopper (but we need to know what the logic is to be of help). You mentioned the "outside ones," do you just mean getting rid of the points on the edges of your geometry?

Thanks Brian, all sorted :)

If I understood you right! Then you need to measure the distance between all points and the naked edge/s closest point

Then you need to check if the distance of each is larger than specific Value 0.1

Then to Cull Pattern

so: Naked Edge+ curve closest point+ Distance + largest than + cull pattern

Thank you Mohamed.
