algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How do I perforate (make holes) a surface?

Hi. I've been looking up guides online, but can't seem to find anything that actually works or isn't outdated. I apologize, brand new to this, but have an assignment due tomorrow. Anyone have a solution? I tried to solid difference circles from my surface but it just renders weird.

Hi.

I removed first circle because it can produce bunch of overapping circles at center of surface.
