Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello,

i use the Geco_SolarAccessAnalysis_GH08 from GH2Ecotect Example, but just changed the [N] value of Export Mesh to Ecotect to 2, to make the objects in Ecotect not be deleted. but i got the wrong color of meshes in Rhino. how can i fix it? i just want to analyse the meshes that i imported from grasshopper.

regards!

Hi Lu,Yi

you have to supply the indices of the mesh-faces you want to call

cheers,

hi Thomas,

i didn't change this value in your Geco_SolarAccessAnalysis_GH08.ghx file from example folder, the only thing i have changed is the Export Mesh to Ecotect.[N]. i will upload the files, could you please have a look? Danke!

how can i control these two options in Geco, "Only Use Selected Objects" and "Clear values from all other objects"?

Hi!

did you manage to only calculate those objects you wanted with geco? I have the same problem, because one of my objects is very heavy and I don´t need to calculate insolation on it, just use it as shading device...

thank you!

i think i solved this problem, with the right mesh color.
