how can i project "object(like points)" on to "brep"?

in grasshopper, there is "project object to plane", there is also" project curve to brep"

but how can i project my points onto brep?

the problem is like this:

i draw a rectangular, draw random points in it, then i draw a circle in rectangular, and make a planner surface , so i get a rectangular surface with a round hole. then i want to project the points onto the surface, by this i can delete all the points in the circle.

but i can not use either of the component to do this, if i use "project object to plane, the aim plane do not have my round hole. so i still can not delete the points in circle

if i use project curve to brep, the points are not curve, i can not project them.

can anyone help me to solve this?
