algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How can I move points in a special way like this?

Please check out the picture1 , that is my question.



Well, after some time, I figher the question out. like picture 2, but the way is not clean , too complex.



the file 3 is my grasshopper file, can any body make the workflow more simple? please help me, my way is not very good.

you have achived your end result.. Ive seen you definition..and i have come to realize that there are a million ways to do one thing in grasshopper.. but it looks great..
