algorithmic modeling for Rhino

How can i extrude hexagonal grid on doubly curved surface and rotate it from center point to have component base geometry?

Hello,

Hexagonal grid on doubly curved surface is projected on planar surface, then grid from doubly curved surface needs to be lofted with grid on planar surface having 120 degrees rotation. Please refer the attached file.

Please help me resolve this issue.
